Ointments, creams, lotions and gels all come down to one task: homogenising semi-solid with liquid components. In a complete ACE ointment manufacturing plant, three vessels connected by pipelines and valves share that work — a water phase vessel heats the water, an oil phase vessel melts jelly or wax to liquid, and the manufacturing vessel blends everything together.
This is that manufacturing vessel. It holds 10,000 L, is jacketed with electrical heating, and is built in SS316 with a mirror finish. A homogenizer agitator handles the blending; in plant configuration, top- and bottom-entry agitators and a high-speed bottom chopper add high-shear mixing. The top cover is removable, the maximum design pressure is 10–15 bar, and the vessel is leg mounted.
It runs semi-automatically on 3-phase power, built to customised design for ointment production. Send an enquiry for this jacketed SS316 ointment mixing vessel.
